Mark Gardner was very good to work with and listened closely to my needs for modifying the platforms to better suit our needs. The personal attention to details and requests were very appreciated.

Sales and engineering were very helpful and got me prints in a very timely manner which helped me close my sale. After my initial contact with SafeRack, they were going to get the order. It was just a matter of me closing my customer.

The engineering for these products is already completed and the OSHA regulations are fully understood by the company, if not I may have developed these stairs through other resources. As a shareholder of the company this is a value engineered item at a feasible cost to the company.

This is a great product that can be modified to solve many issues. I found that during the field measurement step, manway access has to be considered so supports or legs are not in the way. I appreciated the field support from Shane, who was very responsive, the pre-engineered design and the easy assembly.
